First solar farm in Washington State

27.9MWdc / 19.2MWac

Strata Clean Energy developed Adams solar plant in Washington state in 2018. This development was the first of its kind in Washington where solar farms were considered a hard sell due to the low cost of hydroelectric power and less average sunshine than more common solar producing states.

The Adams solar farms provides clean energy and prevents over 275 Metric Tons of Carbon Dioxide emissions from entering the environment when operating at full output.

That’s equivalent to:

1,531 gallons
of gasoline consumed
15,039 pounds
of coal burned
34,196 miles
driven by an average passenger vehicle
